Information submitted through the contact form — your name, company, email address and the details of your enquiry — is used solely to respond to you and to assess whether Xenon Insight is a suitable fit. It is sent by email to Xenon Insight and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Essential cookies and storage are used to make the site function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only if you actively accept them. Nothing analytics-related loads before you consent — the GA4 script itself is not requested until consent is given.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. GA4 records aggregated information such as pages viewed, session engagement, approximate location (city level), device type and referral source. IP addresses are not stored by GA4.

The following events are measured when analytics consent has been given:

• page_view — sent once per page, including when navigating between pages within the site.
• generate_lead — sent only after a contact enquiry has been successfully submitted and processed, not when the submit button is clicked.
• introductory_call_click — sent when a "Book an introductory call" call-to-action is clicked.

Google acts as a data processor for this measurement. You can read Google's practices at policies.google.com.

You can accept analytics cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences individually using the cookie banner. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control in the bottom-left corner of any page.

If you reject non-essential cookies, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics data is collected.
