How it works

Two streams. Two clear processes.

Both practices begin with the business decision or challenge rather than a predetermined methodology.

The process is structured, but proportionate to the available evidence, organisational context and value of the decision being supported.

Stream 01

B2B Forecasting & Commercial Insight

A focused, evidence-led process that turns the commercial data you already hold into clearer insight and a more grounded forecast view.

  1. 01

    Initial discussion

We discuss the business, the available data and the commercial decisions or forecasting questions the work needs to support.

  2. 02

    Data assessment

I review the structure, quality, completeness and limitations of the data to determine what can reasonably be analysed and where caution is required.

  3. 03

    Commercial analysis

I assess trends, segmentation, performance variation and possible commercial drivers to identify the findings most relevant to management.

  4. 04

    Forecasting and backtesting

Where appropriate, I develop a practical forecast and test its assumptions against historical outcomes to assess credibility, limitations and likely usefulness.

  5. 05

    Findings and application

You receive a clear management-ready explanation of the findings, what they mean for the business and the actions or further work that should follow.

Stream 02

Commercial Leadership Advisory

An ongoing advisory rhythm that combines commercial direction with structured work on leadership and culture — built around the team and the business in front of us.

  1. 01

    Discovery conversation

We establish the commercial position, leadership structure, immediate challenges and outcomes the business wants to achieve.

  2. 02

    Commercial and leadership review

I review commercial direction, decision-making, team dynamics, accountability and the cultural factors influencing performance and retention.

  3. 03

    Engagement plan

We agree the priorities, working rhythm, scope boundaries and measures of progress.

  4. 04

    Advisory and execution support

Regular working sessions provide experienced challenge, practical guidance and structured support for agreed commercial and leadership priorities.

  5. 05

    Review and recalibrate

Progress is reviewed periodically so priorities, assumptions and the level of support remain aligned with the needs of the business.

The result is a more informed, evidence-based view — and a leadership rhythm designed to act on it.
